WHO WE ARETrue Title, Inc. is a Howard County, Maryland based title company. it was formed by Maryland attorneys with over half a century of real estate, title, business and legal experience. Our dedicated team of lawyers, paralegals and processors have spent years helping various clients with many different types of real estate, title, business and banking/lending transactions. We service both residential, consumer clients as well as business clients.
We believe the pursuit by many in our industry of high deal volume has negatively impacted the overall quality of title services. We follow the philosophy that bigger is often not better. We hire only the most experienced processors and work with only a limited number of top-tier real estate professionals. This means we provide a small-office, hands-on experience to our clients without sacrificing expertise. It also keeps our employees happier and focused on fewer clients.
